This financial information allows St. Olaf TRIO ETS to determine if a student qualifies as Low Income. The term “low-income” means an individual whose family’s taxable income for the preceding year did not exceed 150 percent of the poverty level amount.
For families who have filed 2025 tax forms: The following is a guide to the maximum amount of income that a student’s family can earn and still be eligible for the St. Olaf TRIO Educational Talent Search Program. This guide is based upon taxable income from the 2025 Federal Tax Forms.
